WIT Sports named Best Employer in Sports in 2023.

WIT welcomes Liz Kim and Kylan Perry as Account Coordinators

July 9, 2024

WIT is pleased to welcome two new Account Coordinators to the WIT Partner Success team.

Liz Kim joins WIT from Orlando where she previously worked with the LPGA and Athletes Unlimited.

She grew up in Dublin, Ohio, the home of Jack Nicklaus, and golf has been a part of her life since age 12.

“It was kind of unique that I had a lot of friends that were girls that also played golf,” she said. “So that was what we did all summer. My parents would just drop us off at the golf course and we would play all day.”

Kim played golf collegiately at Ball State University before moving to Florida to work for the LPGA. Her time with the LPGA included a myriad of tasks from stats to player relations and athlete development. She then worked at Athletes Unlimited, a startup focusing on growing professional sports opportunities for women. All of that experience propelled her to her new role with the WIT Partner Success Team.

“The two most important things for me were working in sports and working with good people,” Kim said. “You combine those things and that’s WIT. I found WIT because of the Best Places to Work in Sports award. I could tell immediately how much everyone cared about their work and helping each other out. That was what drew me to WIT.”

Kylan Perry joins the WIT team from Chicago where she previously worked for Priority Sports and Entertainment.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Perry went to UT-Austin, where she studied sport management and took off with various roles in athletics.

She interned with the football team in nutrition, did work for the marketing department and in recruiting and special event services. She also spent a summer as an intern with the Miami Dolphins with their marketing team.

After school, she joined Priority Sports and Entertainment as a marketing and client services coordinator, managing athletes’ day to day lives on the one hand but also reaching out to brands to sell the athletes and see where they best fit into the brands’ marketing strategies.

All of that experience led her to WIT.

“I’m excited to join WIT because I’m looking for a place where I can grow alongside other people that want to grow,” Perry said. “Those characteristics became obvious in my conversations with WIT and it has made me extremely excited to grow as a person.”
