The company joins just 17 other top brands with recognition as a multi-year winner of the award.

Established in 2019, the FOS Best Employers in Sports Award recognizes organizations across the sports industry that are doing the best for their employees. Whether it’s great leadership, commitment to diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, or philanthropic/social endeavors, the Best Employers in Sports Award recognizes organizations who do right by their employees.
According to Front Office Sports, this year’s list of winning companies represents the top 15% of all companies that participated in the survey.
WIT was also named to Sports Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Sports back in November. It marked the second consecutive year that WIT earned that honor as well.
