Last week, Team WIT came together in Jersey City, New Jersey, for an exciting few days filled with productive meetings, live sports, friendly competition, and plenty of team bonding. With colleagues traveling from near and far, it was the perfect opportunity to reconnect, share ideas, and make some new memories along the way!
We kicked things off Sunday in true WIT fashion with some NFL action at MetLife Stadium, watching the New York Giants take on the Arizona Cardinals and getting to see some of our incredible partners in person. Between the game day atmosphere, stadium snacks, and catching up with each other, it was a great way to start the week on a high note.
Monday brought a full agenda of working sessions, brainstorming, and planning for what's ahead. After a productive morning, it was time for some friendly competition! We split into groups for an afternoon of mini golf, a game show challenge, and indoor go-kart racing. Whether showing off our putting skills, putting our knowledge to the test, or racing to the finish line, there was no shortage of laughs along the way. We capped off the day with a company dinner, giving everyone a chance to unwind outside of meetings.
Tuesday kicked off with more group sessions focused on key priorities, fresh perspectives, and plans for 2027. Later in the day, the Women of WIT (WOW) gathered for a special happy hour overlooking the Hudson River. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the women across our organization and reflect on just how much this group has grown!
From there, we enjoyed appetizers and a reception at the hotel before heading across the river for a New York City adventure. A short subway ride later, we arrived at the iconic Madison Square Garden for a Rangers vs. Islanders showdown. It was an awesome way to end the day with some New York hockey (and a hat trick)!
We headed home with fresh ideas, great memories, and plenty of excitement for what's ahead. While we connect virtually every day, there's nothing quite like spending time together in person and celebrating the people who make WIT what it is.
Another incredible WIT Summit in the books, and we're already looking forward to the next one!
