WIT Welcomes New Signings in January

We’re so excited to welcome four new members to team WIT!

Brooke Baslee, Partner Success Operations Manager: With a background in education, Baslee began her career in international programs on college campuses before transitioning into the EdTech space five years ago. Since then, she has supported partner and client teams at education-focused startups through operational improvements, documentation, and data reporting. Based in Kansas City, MO, Baslee’s focus at WIT is on creating clarity and capacity for the Partner Success team by improving workflows, removing friction, and building scalable systems that support great partner experiences.

Caterina Fonseca, Partnerships Operations Manager: Based in Connecticut, Fonseca brings a results-driven background in developing and executing partnerships that drive meaningful revenue growth. She is thrilled to join the team, having seen the incredible impact WIT creates from the sports partner side, and is excited to help power innovative, interactive experiences that deliver real results. In her role, Fonseca serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, streamlining processes, enhancing reporting, and supporting seamless onboarding to help the team operate efficiently and hit revenue goals.

Cameron Heenan, Account Coordinator: A May 2025 graduate of the University of Arizona, Heenan brings hands-on experience in sports marketing and partnerships through multiple internships with Arizona teams. Now based in Chicago, she is excited to contribute to WIT’s success, support clients with creative solutions, and learn from her talented colleagues while helping the team achieve its 2026 goals.

Kayla Merice, Account Coordinator: Merice brings a deep sports management and marketing background with extensive experience in NIL strategy, campaign management, and brand activations. She has led creative campaigns from concept through execution, working with college athletes, athletic departments, and brands to drive meaningful reach and engagement. Based in Michigan, Merice will focus on strengthening partner relationships, streamlining activations, and delivering fresh ideas that help brands connect with their audiences.
