Happy promotions! We’re thrilled to announce five career advancements so far in 2026.

Here’s what they’re looking forward to in their new roles:

Ben Tack, Director, Partnerships: I’m excited to help brands across QSR, fitness, and entertainment achieve their marketing goals through WIT, while continuing to grow alongside an incredible team. Watching our team and my teammates evolve has been inspiring, and I’m grateful to work every day with the best Partner Success team in SaaS.

Kendall Lang-Finch, Director, Operations: I’m excited to step into my new role as Director of Operations at WIT, building on the strong foundation we’ve created and supporting the next phase of growth. I’m especially looking forward to continuing to improve how we operate as we scale, and to welcoming new faces who bring fresh energy and perspectives while helping shape the culture we’re proud of!

Ashley Salcido, Sr. Manager, Partner Success: This year, I’m excited to try something new and continue to learn and grow as a leader, not just for the Partner Success team, but for WIT as a whole. Stephi and Liz have been amazing mentors to me, and I hope I can have that same kind of impact on the people around me. 

Holly Stoner, Manager, Partner Success: In this new role, I’ll be helping to lead the spring and summer Partner Success intern classes, and I’m really looking forward to mentoring and supporting our interns as they build their skills. I’m also excited to share what I’ve learned around upsell opportunities and collaborate with the team on strategies that help us grow and reach our goals in this vertical.

Kylan Perry, Sr. Account Coordinator, Partner Success: I'm so excited to continue growing with WIT on a professional and personal level. As I strive to fulfill my new duties, I'm enthralled by the challenges that await me! We're growing our team internally and partners externally, meaning that there will be different growing pains, but I'm confident in our team's ability to overcome this as well as my own to help us find solutions to provide the best service possible!
